At first the idea of developing the skill to rethink adversity may seem like an impossible task that only successful people are capable of doing, but it is honestly not. Anyone who wants to elevate to their next level in life is capable of learning this skill. I will list the five steps that I personally use to face any adversity. 1. Understand 2. Analyze 3.
